It's just crazy to think about how one month had just gone swoosh. The nicotine and caffeine-free days are over. We are all now reverting back to our old routines and habits. Some of them are not easy to break (like smoking and spending) and some are actually newly developed habits and patterns which might soon damage us for good (err... like smoking and spending)
I have developed a new pattern too. The one that I wish I could change and let go. But just like any other bad habit, you cling on to it and wait until it finally hurts you too much to even let it go.
