The trip was fully paid for by AirAsia and Macau Government Tourist Office. Days were filled with walking from one tourist attraction to another under the blazing hot summer sun. I was complaining the entire time but every step is really worth it.
There was just so much to see and everything is brand new. The hotels are bigger, the fountains go higher, the neon signs are more spectacular... there was one point during the trip that I just stood there in the middle of the busy street junction breathing the air of the city trying to make it all count before going back to my reality.
Equipped with my shitty camera and a little bit of photographic skills I acquired from years of reading Vogue and i-D, here are some of the beautiful moments and architectural fixtures froze into snapshots that hopefully will make you consider Macau for your next holiday destination.
And I have a lot more to share about Macau in my next post.
